Tja, da fehlen einem die Wort bei so viel Überbewerterei. Hier ist nichts vorhanden, was mehr als 1en Punkt rechtfertigen würde. Ein Megaflop!

Lou Reed has run out of tricks at this point. Buzzing, check. Dastardly guitar feedback, well duh. Guitar feedback sped up so it sounds like Pokemon, check. It gets a bit squelchy with its pace, perhaps that's new.

Actually scratch that, the first 13 minutes (or perhaps the first hour :P). First there's this epic 'Dooooong' at about 12:30, and then not long after, it's like the floodgates have been opened. Around 13:30, we get an industrial drumming noise on the left, and a repeated buzzing on the right. This repeats indefinitely, and is thankfully the least offensive thing on the entire record! :D 1.5

You didn't have to go this far Lou. A minute in, more helicopters arrive and then Mr. Squeal continues to stab himself in the ankle. And it keeps going. And going. And going. Just like it had for the 45 minutes before it. Also later on Lou forgot to mow his lawn, so he went and did that while leaving the helicopter running. Meanwhile in the near vicinity, Mr. Squeal continues to have a ball on a waterslide. Then it seems that Lou's lawn mower has failed on him. The constant restarting of the lawn mower that creates this loud distortion noise in the left channel towards the end of the track at first sounded interesting because it was a change-up, but hey Lou decided to repeat it for minutes. Woeful.

Wow! It's extremely sad that all this Metal Machine Music he has is actually made by Lou Reed .Because he actually a couple of good song but this Metal Machine Music is basicially the worst thing I've ever heard .A music video to this would be awesome, because you could have a cat scratching itself and make it sound really bad. For that I rate this song a 1.ICE CREAM TRUCK!
