Another '90s track revived by a random dance act in the '10s, but similar to 'Bump & Grind 2014', this somehow works wonders after a few listens. Definitely growing on me at the moment.

Danke für die Info, dass es sich hierbei um ein Mash-Up bereits zuvor veröffentlichter Song handelt - hatte mich schon gewundert, dass es Neues von Destiny's Child geben soll. Joar, ist alles in allem ganz ordentlich und hörbar gestaltet, ohne herauszuragen.

As TravD said, the charts have been awash with dance remakes of old tracks in the past couple of years (e.g. "The Party (This Is How We Do It)", "Easy Love", "Nobody To Love", and "Bump N Grind 2014") and all of them have the same appeal. "The Girl Is Mine" is no different. It's enjoyable with a nice enough beat. Won't go down in history, but will be good to hear in a club and it's always nice to hear old tracks you used to love getting a go again. I especially like the "can I please talk to you for a minute" section borrowed from "The Boy Is Mine".

Apparently this track was ready for release in 2014, but Monica wouldn't clear the sample. May explain why her vocal contribution to "The Boy Is Mine" is not included.

The charts have not been awash with dance remakes of old tracks in the past couple of years. There's been a few lately whereas there was next to none in the early 2010s, which may give the impression of some kind of awashment but real awashment was in the mid to late 2000s. :P

Girl was already a terrible song, so I guess congratulations are in order for finding a way to make it sound worse. Good on Monica for declining any part in this, much respect. This is annoying and stupid.

They should of left one of the greatest duets of all time alone TBH. It just doesn’t sound right with just Brandy on vocals and Beyoncé going over the top.

The beat is ok but otherwise not for me.

Not good at all. Hard to listen to right through. The more I think about this song the more it pisses me off. Down to a 1 now.

Un mash-up house plutôt sympa !

Dieses Mashup finde ich eigentlich ziemlich gelungen, hat einen ganz coolen Groove! Auf jeden Fall besser als vieles was sich gerade so in den Charts befindet!

Wie schon von andere erwähnt eine House-Nummer und somit anders als die sonstigen Titel. Höchstwertung für Destiny's Child bei mir.

Hier wurde aus zwei halbguten Songs ein richtig gutes neues Produkt erstellt, welches die beiden RnB-Nummern auf eine neue Ebene packt, sodass man die alten Versionen gar nicht mehr hören will.
99 Souls haben es einach drauf, ich glaube von denen werden wir noch viel hören.

Ich finde diese Nummer nicht schlecht. Interessantes Mash-up der beiden schon mehrfach angesprochenen Titel.
